Join us as we work towards building the imagine nation. About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused HR Coordinator to join our People Connect / HR Operations team. This role provides high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, delivering timely, accurate and professional service to internal stakeholders. The HR Coordinator supports all stages of the employee lifecycle, including employment contracts, onboarding, internal transfers and terminations, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR and payroll systems. You will manage and respond to first-level employee enquiries within agreed service level agreements, escalating matters where appropriate, and collaborating closely with Senior HR Consultants and the broader HR team. In addition, the role supports HR documentation, intranet content, and team initiatives, and provides ad hoc assistance across HR functions, consistently delivering a high standard of customer service. About You You are detail-oriented, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You take pride in accuracy, enjoy supporting others, and are confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience in Human Resources, People Operations or data/administrative roles Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (completed or in progress) Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills High level of professionalism and customer focus Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Why Join Mirvac?
