What You’ll Be Doing Greeting clients and creating a warm, professional first impression Keeping our database neat and up to date Onboarding new clients Supporting Partners with a variety of admin tasks Assisting with company and trust setups Managing ASIC and ATO lodgements with accuracy and care What We’re Looking For Confident using MS Outlook and Word At least 2 years’ experience in a front of house or administration role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Passionate about delivering outstanding client service A team player who can also work independently
