About the opportunity Based at Werribee Mercy Hospital, Clare Moore Building is a 54 bed Acute Inpatient Unit. Clare Moore Building with 54 beds there are 3 Recovery Care Areas (RCA) and 1 Intensive Care Area (ICA). The unit supports adults 18 - 64-years. The Registered Psychiatric Nurse grade 2 (RPN2) works as a member of a multi-disciplinary team that provides quality client-focused care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical interventions ensuring a holistic approach to the consumer, their family and carers. About you: You are passionate about providing consumer centred care and practice in a recovery and trauma informed manner. Your professional and personal values are aligned with Mercy Health Values. You are enthusiastic, highly motivated to learn and proactive about pursuing your career goals. You have effective communication and well-developed interpersonal skills to work as a part of MDT, partnering with consumers, family and carers Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with successful completion of a post graduate Mental Health Nursing qualification.
