What You Will Be Doing: We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Lead with a strong sales mindset and a deep understanding of how purpose-driven organisations buy services. This role is first and foremost about driving revenue growth, developing pipeline, converting opportunities, and building long-term client partnerships grounded in trust and insight. You’ll own ntegrity’s end-to-end business development engine: from lead generation and qualification, through discovery and proposal development, to negotiation and close. You’ll listen deeply to prospective clients, understand their challenges and ambitions, and translate those needs into compelling proposals that clearly articulate how ntegrity can deliver meaningful impact. Working closely with the Chief Growth Officer and senior craft leads, you’ll shape commercial strategy, guide prioritisation of opportunities, and ensure ntegrity shows up as a confident, credible partner in every pitch conversation. You’ll balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, actively leading key opportunities while strengthening systems, processes, and capability across BD. This role will initially be offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract starting in February to cover parental leave, with the opportunity to evolve into a longer-term role as the business continues to grow. We are a remote-first organisation, with access to co-working spaces in all Australian capital cities. Key accountabilities include: Drives revenue growth by developing, managing, and converting a healthy pipeline of qualified leads into long-term client partnerships. Leads high-quality discovery conversations, translating client needs into clear, insight-led proposals that demonstrate deep understanding of sector context and client challenges. Owns proposal strategy and commercial negotiation, ensuring solutions are well-scoped, compelling, and aligned to client outcomes and revenue targets. Delivers consistent forecasting and performance visibility through strong CRM discipline, pipeline management, and reporting. Builds strong internal partnerships across strategy, fundraising, digital and creative teams to shape commercially sound, client-centric solutions. What We Need You To Have: 10 years’ experience leading business development or sales growth in a B2B services environment, ideally within NFP, agency, consultancy, or purpose-led ecosystems. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with clear ownership of pipeline development and conversion. Strong experience running discovery, shaping proposals, and closing complex, consultative sales opportunities. Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions that balance commercial outcomes with long-term partnership value. Experience working with, selling into, or alongside not-for-profits, including adjacent experience from tech, platforms, or B2B providers supporting the NFP sector. High commercial acumen, strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders. Comfort using CRM systems, data and forecasting to drive disciplined, insight-led decision-making. This Role Won’t be a Good Fit If: You’re looking for a brand or communications-led role without direct revenue accountability. You prefer to support sales rather than owning pipeline, targets, and conversion outcomes. You’re uncomfortable leading discovery, negotiation, or commercial conversations. You avoid CRM, forecasting, or performance reporting - structure and rigour matter here. You prefer predictability - this role moves fast and requires agility, problem-solving, and strategic flexibility. Why Work at ntegrity? Help good grow.
