What You’ll Be Doing Supporting young people to smash their goals, try new things, and build independence. Leading a supportive, high-energy team and helping them be their absolute best. Bringing creative ideas to life—crafting youth programs that are meaningful and fun. Building strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners. Keeping the important stuff in check—quality, safety, compliance, and planning. Splitting your time between hands-on support shifts and doing the behind-the-scenes work that makes it all happen. About You At least 1 year of leadership experience in disability, youth work, or community services. Certificate III in Community Services (or similar). You’re bursting with creativity and love designing activities young people get excited about. You communicate with ease—whether it’s with teens, parents, your team, or stakeholders. You’re resilient, energetic, empathetic, and solution-focused. Most of all, you’re passionate about helping young people connect, grow, and shine.
