Ecoblue International, part of the Mammoth Group, is seeking a committed and detail-driven Quality Officer to lead our Quality Management System (QMS), uphold our VDA licence requirements, and support digital transformation across the business. Deliver regular reporting, briefing, and communication on quality performance. Develop annual audit plans, conduct internal audits, and manage non-conformances. Escalate significant quality issues to management with recommended corrective actions. Address external audit observations and maintain the Ecoblue VDA licence. Oversee quality-related activities including customer satisfaction, reporting, auditing, training, and improvement projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Ecoblue business operations. Organise and maintain quality documentation ensuring traceability, version control, and audit readiness. Support digital transformation through effective data structuring and AI-ready processes. Technical Expertise – AdBlue® Compliance Ensure full traceability of production and distribution in compliance with ISO 22241. Oversee product certification and release to ensure AdBlue® meets ISO 22241 specifications. Leadership & Teamwork Champion the QMS across the Ecoblue business. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Shared Services Responsibilities (MEI Group) Adapt communication styles effectively to match organisational needs. Support document writing, structure, and updates for the MEI Group Integrated Management System (MIMS). Analyse problems, identify optimal solutions, and support CAPA and RCA activities. Collaborate with MEI Group entities to embed quality principles. Support planning, risk mitigation, and timely execution of quality activities. Contribute to ISO 9001 integration and broader MEI Group continuous improvement initiatives. The Candidate Experience application of Quality Management Systems (preferably ISO-aligned). Strong understanding of compliance, auditing, and continuous improvement. Familiarity with ISO 22241 and/or VDA standards (highly desirable). Proven capability in conducting internal audits and managing non-conformances. Strong documentation, communication, and report-writing skills. Ability to analyse complex situations and identify effective solutions. Skilled in planning, organisation, and anticipating issues before escalation. Confident working with digital tools, data systems, and process automation. Collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and engage teams. Positive, adaptable, and resilient in dynamic environments.
