What you can expect with this role Perform maintenance activities on a range of high voltage (HV) electrical assets and systems Conduct, coordinate or witness inspection and testing, such as factory acceptance testing, commissioning, and site acceptance testing Prepare comprehensive progress, inspection, testing and defect reports Assist with investigations of HV electrical assets and systems Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and issues Provide technical advice on the analysis of HV electrical faults, failures and asset health Participate in complex diagnostic and functional testing on HV protection assets and electronic control equipment to meet manufacturer’s specifications and legislative requirements Some occasional travel will be required. Your skills and experience For this role, we are looking for great talent with: WA Electrical workers licence Nationally accredited HV switching operator qualification UET12 and UEP12 Substantial experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical assets Experience testing, commissioning and maintaining HV electrical infrastructure assets A current driver’s licence is also mandatory for this role.
