We are currently seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist to be the face of our fast-paced, premium workshop. The Role: As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients assisting with enquiries, coordinating with insurance companies and ensuring a seamless repair experience. If you’re organised, personable, and thrive on exceeding expectations, this is your chance to shine! What you’ll do: Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Liaise with insurance companies to facilitate the claims and repair process and obtain necessary approvals. Utilise Insurer systems and iBody software to track repairs and updates. Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services rendered. Keep clients informed about the status of their vehicle repairs providing timely updates and managing expectations. Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
