We’re seeking a detail-focused Compliance & Reporting Officer to support incident reporting, regulatory submissions, and continuous improvement across Busy Bees. You’ll work closely with internal teams, ensure reports are accurate and on time, and help strengthen our compliance culture nationwide. This role is based in Brisbane on a fixed-term basis until mid-October. What you’ll do Support identification, documentation, and preliminary reporting of incidents Collect and verify incident data and coordinate supporting information Assist with reports and submissions to regulatory bodies Help monitor compliance performance and recommend improvements Maintain Food Safety compliance and support policy reviews Stay up to date on legislation and sector best practice What you’ll bring Degree in Education/Early Childhood (or related field) Experience with NQF compliance and reportable conduct frameworks Strong attention to detail and confidence working in fast-paced environments Clear communication skills and collaborative working style National Police Check, WWCC, driver’s license, and valid Australian work rights Why Busy Bees?
