Position Title: Support at Home Scheduler Classification: HS1 Salary per hour: $29.57 superannuation generous salary packaging options Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 40 hours per fortnight Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 Role description We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Scheduler to assist with Support at Home care operations at Dhelkaya Health. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of services aligned with the upcoming Support at Home program, part of the Commonwealth's aged care reform agenda led by the Department of Health and Aged Care. The Scheduler will be responsible for organsing care and support workers, managing changes to service delivery, and responding to client and staff enquiries—all while ensuring alignment with service agreements, quality standards, and individual care plans. Key responsibilities: Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to align client needs with staff availability Ensure the provision of timely service delivery in accordance with care plans Maintain up-to-date records in line with compliance and data reporting requirements Communicate clearly with staff, clients, and families to manage changes or service disruptions Associated provider complaince and contract coordination. Assistting the Support at Home Care Partners with claiming, client file management, administrative and improvement activities as requried.
