About the role: The Manager, Office of the Deputy Secretary, leads a small team within eHealth Division, responsible for executive support to the Deputy Secretary eHealth, executive planning, managing the flow of briefings and correspondence, and supporting Ministerial and Parliamentary commitments. The team is a key point of contact for stakeholders across the department and maintains relationships with the Secretary's and Ministers' offices on behalf of the division. About you: Possess excellent stakeholder management and relationship buidling skills Highly organised with an ability to multitask Ability to influence others and drive successful outcomes Tertiary qualifcation focusing on public administration, public policy or similar is desirable Experience in State government is required. A strong understanding of the department and its operating processes and information systems are highly desirable.
