ABOUT THIS EPIC OPPORTUNITY Epic is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Business Support Assistant to our Brisbane office! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. As a member of our Business Support team, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining a well-organised, welcoming workplace. From ensuring the office is stocked with snacks and Friday beverages to coordinating catering, managing shipments, and supporting finance and admin tasks, you’ll help create an environment where our team can do their best work. Some duties include: Overseeing the general appearance of the kitchen and common areas Ordering all office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items Coordinating ad hoc catering for meetings and events Liaising with building management Handling shipments, postage, and deliveries Supporting finance processes Performing data entry in Workday Assisting with travel arrangements Providing general administrative support Maintaining first aid kits and other essential equipment Monitoring company admin inbox and responding to enquiries Helping organise social events and team activities WHAT MAKES YOU EPIC To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience: Minimum 1 years experience in Administrative Support roles Prior experience in a consultancy firm advantageous Experience with Workday highly favoured Experience with Purchasing programs – ideally Coupa Experience with CTM travel program or similar Knowledge of Salesforce and SharePoint desirable EPIC PERKS We believe that our staff are one of our greatest assets, and we ensure that our staff are fully supported in their role; are challenged to provide innovative outcomes for clients and the environment; and that they are provided with opportunities for professional development.
