Currently the Carole Park team is seeking an MES System Administrator to join the team on a fixed term contract until 31 December 2026 . The MES System Administrator will partner with relevant departments to ensure MES recipes, workflows and system data are created and updated in line with business requirements. They will also be responsible for ensuring associated MES system documentation such as specifications and SOP’s are maintained in accordance with changing business requirements. The main duties of the MES System Administrator will include but are not limited to: Undertake relevant system training to enable the development, build & maintenance of Recipes in MES. Undertake relevant system training to enable maintenance of MES master data. Assist in the update of GMP documentation, including but not limited too, standard operating procedures, work instructions, training documents, batch manufacturing and packaging documents. Assist in delivering MES relevant user training. Assist in providing user support during MES Hypercare activities. Assist in providing ongoing user support during business as usual MES activities. Participate in developing and implementing design changes and upgrades within MES. Participate in Root Cause Analysis sessions to diagnose business and system process deficiencies. Key criteria for the MES Systems Administrator are: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Thorough understanding of manufacturing and GMP processes. Understanding of documentation and change control update processes. Thorough understanding and demonstrated knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving; Ability to understand technical documents and communicate description of problems and solutions; MES experience desirable but not essential.
