About the role Join our Morley Service Centre as a Vehicle Detailer and become part of a friendly, down-to-earth team that takes pride in quality workmanship and great customer service. You’ll be responsible for preparing and detailing vehicles to a high standard, working in a clean, well-equipped workshop alongside supportive colleagues. We provide hands-on training, ongoing support, and opportunities to build your skills, with clear pathways to grow your career within RAC. What you'll be doing: Vehicle Cleaning & Presentation: Clean, wash, vacuum, and polish customer/member vehicles to the highest standard, both inside and out Vehicle Relocation: Safely move vehicles between service centres and other locations as directed Workshop Support: Maintain general workshop presentation - including tidying bays, communal areas, and assisting technicians as needed Safety & Compliance: Work within RAC's safety procedures and uphold workplace cleanliness and professionalism What we're looking for: A reliable and punctual team player with a strong attention to detail Valid Australian driver's licence (manual licence preferred) Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is desirable but not essential - full training provided Physically fit and able to work on your feet throughout the day A can-do attitude and willingness to support the broader team What's in it for you?
