The team is expanding and is seeking a capable Human Resource Coordinator who can provide reliable HR support across the full employee journey. Successful candidate will manage recruitment activities, coordinate onboarding and exits, oversee staff resources and documentation, support workforce planning, contribute to engagement initiatives, maintain training and development records, assist with performance and remuneration processes and provide day-to-day HR and WHS administration. The ideal candidate brings foundational HR qualifications or equivalent experience, hands-on recruitment background, strong organisational capability and confidence navigating HR and WHS requirements. You will excel if you communicate well, build rapport easily, uphold confidentiality and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
