Description Corporate & Property Accountant Full Time Permanent | Sydney -Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in the office) I-MED Radiology Network is Australia and New Zealand’s largest diagnostic imaging provider, with a strong focus on clinical excellence, innovation and patient care. We are seeking an experienced Corporate & Property Accountant to join our Corporate Services Finance team and play a key role in supporting our national network. The Role Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, this role provides high-quality, accurate and timely financial services across the I-MED business. You will take ownership of property and lease accounting, statutory reporting, AASB 16 compliance, fixed assets and cash flow reporting, while working closely with internal stakeholders across finance, property, procurement and business units. This is a hands-on role suited to a technically strong accountant who enjoys working in a complex, multi-site environment and contributing to strategic projects and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage I-MED’s national property and lease management data, including critical dates, rental increases and reconciliations Ensure accurate and timely lease payments, rent roll preparation and landlord liaison Lead the monthly AASB 16 accounting, reconciliations and review of assumptions Maintain the fixed asset register, including capitalisation, depreciation and disposals Prepare monthly cash flow reporting and respond to stakeholder queries Support the preparation of statutory accounts and audit process Maintain and review finance policies, procedures and chart of accounts Contribute to strategic finance projects, system enhancements and process improvements Build strong working relationships across Corporate Services and the broader I-MED network About You You are a proactive and detail-focused finance professional who values accuracy, collaboration and continuous improvement. You are confident working with senior stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
