About the Role As a Production Planner your role will be to drive daily production operations to support the planning, coordinating, and monitoring of production and delivery. You'll be a critical point of contact for our customers, production, and project staff. Key Responsibilities Driving continuous improvement across the business unit, to support high performance and quality standards. Regular monitoring production capacity to build a successful plan, with the production and transport teams Managing stakeholders to ensure a consistent production and delivery function Allocating & prioritising work to production facilities Liaising with operations, project managers and customers, to transform delivery programs into production plans About You You are an experienced planner, who enjoys working in a fast-paced continuously evolving environment. You'll have excellent problem-solving skills and a results-focused mindset. You'll Ideally have experience in managing the outcomes of large infrastructure projects for top tier clients and customers. To be successful, you will have: A background in logistics, supply chain, construction, or manufacturing Planning, operations, or customer service experience A proven track record of managing complex deadlines Strong ability to communicate with and influence both internal & external customers Great problem-solving skills, and confidence in your ability to & create win-win situations.
