We are searching for enthusiastic individuals to partner with Abi , our empathetic AI companion, and bring joy, connection, and comfort to residents in nursing homes and children's hospitals. Across four months december- March, lead playful group sessions, spark meaningful one-on-one conversations, and help create moments of laughter, learning, and warmth - all while representing a brand dedicated to reducing loneliness through innovation. Monday-Friday 9am-5pm accross Melbourne metro areas What You'll Do ✨ Lead Engaging Group Sessions Bring energy and fun to interactive activities with Abi - from games to simple exercises that spark conversation and connection. ✨ Create Personal, One-on-One Moments Facilitate heartfelt interactions that make residents and patients feel seen, heard, and uplifted. ✨ Work Hands-On With Abi No tech expertise needed - just confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. You'll operate the robot, solve simple issues, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. ✨ Adapt and Personalise Read the room, understand participant needs, and tailor activities to make every interaction meaningful. ✨ Keep Sessions Running Smoothly Manage timing, equipment, coordination with care staff, and offer helpful feedback so we can continue improving. ✨ Be the Face of a leading Robotics company Share our professionalism, warmth, and mission everywhere you go. Who We're Looking For You're someone who loves people - someone who lights up a room and genuinely cares about making a difference. ✔ Outstanding interpersonal skills ✔ Confident public speaker ✔ Comfortable learning new tech ✔ Energetic, outgoing, and community-minded ✔ Holds a valid driver's license- Must be able to drive to various locations.
