This role is based in East Perth and requires someone who can manage front desk operations and provide exceptional administrative and client support. Description Welcome and assist clients and visitors at the front desk with professionalism and a positive attitude. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-ups. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Completion of daily banking duties. Elements of Accounts Receivable Provide generalist administrative support to wider office as required. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services. Managing Client Accounts, Enquiries and Requests Profile Previous experience in a reception or administrative role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues. Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment. A professional and polished appearance suitable for a front-facing role. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. Job Offer Competitive salary package ranging from $60,000 to $68,000 AUD, based on experience.
