About the role Reporting to our Manager of Executive Services, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support in our Head Office, as a part-time job shared position. You will possess highly developed communication and problem-solving skills, and an ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team. This role will include assisting with meeting room bookings and room preparations, data entry, general administration support including reception work. As an office all-rounder, you’ll also manage travel bookings , internal mail and receiving internal and external mail deliveries.
