About the role: Want steady driving work with a team that backs you? Tarni Resources is hiring Passenger Transport Drivers in Port Hedland. We're keen to hear from drivers with backgrounds across buses/coaches , HR/MR transport , and other heavy vehicle operations who bring a strong safety mindset and a professional approach. You'll deliver safe, culturally respectful transport for workers and communities—often in remote locations where reliability matters. The work includes: FIFO airport transfers DIDO transport Mine-site & community routes Charters and ad hoc runs A mix of day/night shifts and rotating rosters What you'll be doing: Driving passengers on scheduled and on-demand services Completing pre-start checks , trip paperwork, and basic reporting Delivering great customer service to clients and passengers Keeping the vehicle clean and presentable Following fatigue rules, road safety expectations, PPE and site procedures What we're looking for: MR / HR licence (or higher) — or willingness to obtain Ideally regional/resources experience (but not essential if you're the right fit) Strong communication and a professional, can-do attitude Commitment to safety and ability to follow fatigue management requirements Willing to complete pre-employment checks , including drug & alcohol screening Good judgement, confidence, and a calm approach.
