About The Role We are looking for a creative Senior Podcast Producer to take ownership of the end-to-end content production for a selected podcast across the Mamamia network. In this dynamic role, you will work closely with the Head of Lifestyle to develop compelling audio and video (vodcast) content that attracts and retains audiences. You will drive the creative process from pitch to publish, ensuring our content not only entertains but also aligns with our mission to make the world a better place for women and girls. Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us: Own the full production lifecycle, from developing episode ideas and researching briefs to sourcing diverse guests. Produce vodcast episodes for both audio platforms (Apple/Spotify) and video (YouTube), ensuring excellent production standards. Manage the production schedule proactively, maintaining a buffer of episodes 1-2 weeks in advance to accommodate leave or illness. Collaborate with editorial and social teams to identify cross-promotion opportunities and repurpose content for maximum engagement. Craft engaging, clickable episode titles and prepare accurate show notes with functional links in Mamamia's unique tone. Support our talent by providing clear direction and feedback before and during recordings to ensure they are prepared and comfortable. Manage commercial requirements by scripting paid partnerships and ensuring compliance with regulations and sponsorship messaging. Oversee post-production with audio and video editors to ensure timely delivery and approvals. Now, a Bit About You You are a proactive team player who takes ownership of responsibilities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You possess strong technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition. You are proficient in AI tools and eager to use them to enhance creative workflows. You have experience producing YouTube content and a good understanding of video analytics. You are an effective communicator who gives and receives feedback with honesty, respect, and curiosity. You have the ability to prioritise the needs of our audience and commercial partners when solving problems. Experience with Omny, Monday, Slack, and basic digital marketing (SEO/Social) is highly preferred.
