The Opportunity This role sits within the Greenhouse Collective, the internal creative powerhouse of the Woolworths Group. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of various creative production projects. Your primary function is to support our Production team and Senior Creative Services Manager, enabling the smooth and efficient execution of projects. This role is foundational to our team's success, focusing on three key areas: financial administration (POs, invoices), traffic support (triage, workflow updates), and production administration (bookings, submissions). Your focus on efficient workflows and seamless execution will be vital to the success of the team. The Greenhouse Collective is the home team for creatives, designers, and production-focused craftspeople within the Woolworths Group. As part of the Brand and Marketing team, we are a center of creative excellence, powered by a collective of internal team members and agency partners who support the Woolworths Group Brand & Marketing practitioners in applying their craft and capabilities to solve and achieve goals. What you'll do Lead and manage the end-to-end production lifecycle of assigned day-to-day and production projects, from briefing, scoping, and resourcing through to final delivery. Coordinate all production logistics, including booking talent and studio sessions, managing assets, and preparing call sheets. Manage essential production-related administrative tasks as part of the project lifecycle, including CAD submissions and the creation and tracking of key numbers. Oversee production budgets for assigned projects, tracking expenditure and identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies. Manage contracts, quotes, and licensing documentation for freelance talent, partners, and assets. Schedule and allocate resources across design, copywriting, and production teams. What you'll bring Several years of experience in production management, preferably within a creative agency, production house, or a high-volume corporate environment. Proven track record of successfully managing creative production schedules, budgets, and workflows from concept to delivery. Experience in managing production budgets, tracking expenditure, and processing financial admin (POs, invoices) as part of project delivery. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Trello, Workfront). Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with a high degree of organizational effectiveness and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse internal teams and external suppliers.
