The ideal candidate has a strong interest in analytics, good attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to our changing business needs. The candidate should have effective communication skills to work with team members and stakeholders to understand business questions, and assist in developing data solutions for these challenges. The candidate will work with complex datasets, learn to combine different data sources, and help translate findings into practical recommendations for the team. Key job responsibilities • Data Management & Analysis: You will support data management activities, including running SQL queries and using Excel for data analysis. You'll help create data visualizations that provide business insights and assist in maintaining data management systems to ensure data integrity. • Reporting Support: You will help prepare and distribute regular reports to stakeholders. This includes gathering data, formatting reports, ensuring accuracy, and addressing basic data discrepancies. You'll work with team members to present data in a clear, understandable format. • KPI Monitoring: You will track established key performance indicators and help collect data for metric development. You'll assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and support the team in implementing changes to improve efficiency and data quality.
