Seeking a technically minded Territory Manager with a strong engineering background and a hunter mindset to manage and grow key accounts south of the Murchison region. Description Account Management: Take ownership of existing accounts in the Murchison region, ensuring high levels of service and retention. Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities across the territory, particularly in the service and reverse engineering space. Technical Consulting: Leverage your engineering knowledge to provide tailored pump solutions, including centrifugal pump systems and reverse-engineered components. Collaboration: Work closely with local engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Travel: Spend approximately 2 weeks per month on-site with clients across the WA region (murchison and south) Profile A successful candidate should have: Engineering background (mechanical preferred) Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to develop business Experience with centrifugal pumps or similar rotating equipment would be beneficial Ideally from an OEM or technical sales environment Analytical, consultative, and solutions-focused approach Comfortable working autonomously and managing a remote territory Full flexibility for travel and site-based work Job Offer Competitive salary package between $1400000 and $150000 AUD up to 25% incentive bonus super car allowance or leased vehicle.
