About You As a Team Leader, you will: Hold a diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood , Allied Health , Social Work , or a related field. Lead and support Coordinators to deliver child- and family-centred, best-practice supports. Guide assessment , planning , and strategies that build children’s independence and participation. Support families in setting goals and connecting with appropriate services and community supports. Monitor outcomes and adjust supports to achieve positive results.
