About You As a Coordinator, you will: Support families through a child and family-centred approach, ensuring children receive the appropriate interventions based on best practice evidence. Use my diploma or higher qualifications in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, or a related field to support evidence-based decision-making. Complete functional assessments for children with developmental concerns or disabilities, determining their needs and ensuring timely referrals to appropriate support pathways. Connect families to community services and mainstream programs to enhance their social participation and access to essential services. Guide families through NDIS plan reassessments , gathering evidence, assisting with goal development, and ensuring the right support is in place.
