Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a residential portfolio where most of your properties are within several buildings Work within a small positive team who enjoy their work and offer support to each other. Oversee leasing, maintenance, routine inspections, and arrears management to ensure excellent service standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Work collaboratively with the team including a BDM and leasing consultant to ensure smooth operations and successful leasing outcomes. Key Requirements: Current Agent’s Representative Certificate, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle. Proven experience in property management, ideally at a senior level. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with excellent communication. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Positive, solutions-focused attitude and a genuine team player.
