The Role As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our branch running smoothly while being at the heart of our customer experience. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities will include: Being the friendly first point of contact, managing inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism Supporting both new and existing customers by responding to enquiries and providing timely solutions Taking ownership of accounts payable, payroll, banking, and credit control tasks Providing vital administrative support across sales, production, and management teams Building strong knowledge of our products, systems, and internal processes to support the business effectively This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
