The Opportunity As our permanent, full time Content Advisor , based out of our Brisbane CBD head office in a hybrid working pattern, you’ll be responsible for producing high quality and engaging content across all touchpoints, bringing our brand to life through compelling storytelling and creative execution. You’ll tailor your writing to each channel to maximise audience engagement, improve brand awareness, educate prospective clients, and enhance website user experience and ultimately client acquisition. You’ll work closely with leaders and technical experts in the marketing and legal teams to plan and develop content, ensuring content aligns to our business goals, and responds to the diverse audiences we need to engage. You’ll strategically ideate and produce micro copy, long form content, brochureware, email marketing, advertorials, case studies, capability statements, sales/marketing and instructional content, for a range of channels that is technically sound and compels consumer action You’ll ensure that content is high quality, tailored to channel and purpose, includes appropriate imagery or graphics and applies fundamental SEO principles. Your proactive nature will see you lead the planning and ongoing updates of our content schedule, across a range of online and offline formats, including video, proactively planning the schedule to reflect business needs and support broader marketing activity. This role suits someone with exceptional writing skills, with the initiative and ability to progress content through to publication in an effective manner. You’ll love writing and developing content for a diverse audience, and content that delivers impact and results. You’ll become part of a collaborative team who are constantly evolving how we communicate with our prospective and current clients. You’ll team up with other like-minded marketing professionals, who will help you to grow your skillset and take your content development to the next level. Required Skills Advanced written communication and editing skills with an understanding of tone, audiences, approach and impact in messaging for a multitude of online and offline channels. Experience developing holistic, proactive content plans that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Ability to distil complicated subject matter into simple, concise and easy to access information. Highly developed organisational skills including the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, identify opportunities and solve problems and complex subject matter as they arise, manage and coordinate a range of tasks and competing priorities, and to meet timely outcomes under limited supervision. Technical experience in a media, communications, public communications, journalism or content role that includes producing, editing, publishing and reporting on the success of content with a demonstratable portfolio and its impact. Experience repurposing content to support B2C and B2B social media programs. Dedicated attitude and passion for delivering a consistently high standard of work. Demonstrated experience in proactively exploring and implementing innovative content solutions that differentiate the brand and respond to evolving audience needs. High attention to detail to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements is met. Experience in stakeholder management with the expertise to secure stakeholder buy-in. Experience leading content development for large scale websites or networks of sites, creating and refining content for multiple channels and products/services.
