Key Responsibilities: Champion and maintain a strong safety culture across civil projects. Work closely with site teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Liaise with MRWA, mining operators, government agencies and contractors. Implement and maintain the HSE Management System , including registers and databases. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in civil contracting – roads, MRWA, infrastructure, industrial or mining. Cert IV or Diploma in OHS (or equivalent). In-depth knowledge of WA HSE legislation, regulations and codes of practice. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive in approach.
