Gardener / Landscape Operative | $80k Super | Monthly RDO The Opportunity We’re seeking a skilled Gardener / Landscape Operative to join a leading landscaping contractor delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects across WA. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary, monthly rostered day off, and a supportive team environment. What You’ll Be Doing General gardening and landscaping duties on commercial and industrial sites. Planting, pruning, mulching, and turf maintenance. Weed control and spraying in compliance with safety standards. Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely. Assisting with irrigation maintenance when required. What You’ll Bring Certificate III in Horticulture (mandatory). Valid Weed Spraying Licence . Manual Driver’s Licence . At least 5 years experience in gardening or landscaping (commercial experience highly regarded). Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Valid Police Check required . Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. What’s On Offer Salary: $80,000 per year super. Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM , Monday to Friday.
