The Roles Room Leader Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Framework Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues Support best practice, compliance and continuous improvement Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and leadership team Assistant Educators Support the delivery of quality early learning programs Create nurturing, inclusive learning environments Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and the wider team Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Participate in ongoing professional development About You To be successful in either role, you will have: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved qualification) Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, NQS and EYLF Strong written and verbal communication skills A genuine passion for early childhood education Essential Requirements Current Working with Children Check First Aid Certificate Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Food Handling Certificate Why Join Aspire?
