Description Full-time, ongoing position To commence February 2026 We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in the areas of child safety, risk management and compliance to proactively lead a whole School culture of student safeguarding, risk awareness, compliance, wellbeing and care. The successful applicant will lead and manage the School’s the Child Safe Standards, including policy and training management review and implementation. Skills And Experiences KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Extensive experience in a risk management, compliance and student safety setting. Extensive knowledge of child safety and risk management principles within a School setting In Victoria. Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to prepare procedures and plans, and to communicate with a wide range of people. Capable of managing projects and tasks independently from initiation through to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ability to provide guidance and advice in the areas of risk management and health and safety.
