Synergie is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a paint manufacturing facility located in Tullamarine. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with long-term potential for the right individual. Important parts Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm Flexibility: Overtime may be requested; flexibility provided (later starts if finishing late) Pay rate: $40 p/h Super. Approx. $80,000 super (negotiable based on experience). Location: Tullamarine Employment type: Casual initially, with strong temp-to-perm opportunity Start date: Mid-January 2026 What you will be required to do Supervise day-to-day production of coatings and sealant products in line with product formulae Oversee picking, preparation, blending, batch adjustments, and packaging of products Coordinate sealant filling and third-party packaging operations Train, allocate work, and supervise 6–8 production staff and casuals Sign off work orders, quality checks, and production documentation Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and basic maintenance of production equipment Support EHS activities including risk assessments, work instructions, and waste programs Contribute to 5S, LEAN, and continuous improvement initiatives To be successful in the role you will Have previous experience supervising production within manufacturing, coatings, chemicals, or sealants Be able to interpret product formulae and understand batching processes Have strong knowledge of production equipment and maintenance requirements Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and motivate teams Have awareness of EHS systems, Victorian OHS requirements, and safe work practices Have exposure to 5S, Lean, Continuous Improvement, OEE, or data analysis (highly regarded) Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Have reliable transport and the ability to work onsite in Tullamarine Be able to clear Drug & Alcohol Assessments and National Police Check What’s on offer for you As a leading provider of temporary workforce solutions, we value all our employees and offer weekly pay, safe working environments, and consultants who care.
