Key responsibilities include: Preparing and cooking meals to a consistent, high standard Working across service periods, including lunch and dinner Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards Managing prep, portion control, and minimising food waste Contributing positively to a busy, team-focused kitchen environment About You You’re reliable, positive, and confident working in a commercial kitchen.
