About Your New Role As a Registered Nurse, you'll have a hands-on role, helping older adults remain safe and supported in their own homes. Working independently in clients' homes you will assess each client's functional abilities, identify needs, and create personalised, goal-focused care plans that encourage independence. The role of the team is to work within the My Aged Care System to assess and support frail, older people to access the care they need to live healthy and safe lives in a place of their choosing.
