Job Description Please specify which role you are interested in when applying: Full Time Guest Service Agent/Front Office All Rounder Part Time Valet Attendant Casual Valet Attendant Full Time Guest Service Agent/Front Office All Rounder Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time Make the check-in, check-out process run smoothly Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure procedures are followed in relation to guest confidentiality, issuing of room keys, handling credit cards etc Ensure the security of our guests and their possessions Handle guest complaints in a positive manner and escalating as required Communicate effectively with other departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage to assist guests in regard to room changes, dining bookings etc. Assist with valet parking as required Part Time & Casual Valet Attendants Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles Managing pick up times for vehicles to ensure they are onsite for early departures Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an efficient and timely manner Guide guests to their room where required Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage. Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested Book tours and sightseeing activities where required Ensure all logs are completed for receipt and outgoing parcels, mails etc Assist with room shows for guests as requested by Front Office team members Respond to guest requests and queries providing knowledgeable, accurate and helpful information
