A very experienced, dynamic individual will be right at home driving the business unit while utilising our digital tools to maximise all opportunity across all brands while while regularly visiting each of our Sydney showrooms to maximise and foster relationships and opportunity with the retail teams. While this is an autonomous role - You will be well supported by our expert sales team that follow the highest standard in road to sale to ensure aftermarket opportunity is maximised. The successful applicant will be responsible for achieving set targets, maintaining up to date sales CRM and working closely with the General Management team for constant review of process for improvement. With a focus on enhancing customer experience, you'll collaborate with sales and finance teams, ensuring site profitability while meeting and exceeding set targets. Your responsibilities will include: Selling a range of aftercare products and offering expert advice to new and existing customers. Managing inquiries and achieving sales targets for aftermarket products. Maintaining accurate sales logs and providing post-sale customer support. Collaborating with all dealership departments to ensure seamless operations. Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the buying experience.
