THE ROLE Prepare and submit finance applications within required timeframes Place vehicle orders with dealerships and proactively manage the end-to-end order pipeline Ensure settlements meet all compliance requirements, including credit policies, approval conditions, and internal guidelines Execute legal documentation accurately and in accordance with relevant policies and regulations Manage settlement preparation and submission within specified timelines Effectively prioritise and manage settlement workflows to meet deadlines Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives Support external audit activities as required Please note - this role is offered on a 6-month fixed term contract with potential opportunity for a permanent role to be offered at end of contract.
