FindStaff are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant for a 12-month contract, based at a Mechanical & Industrial Engineering company in Dandenong South. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm Hourly rate will be dependent on experience and starting at $28.00 The successful candidate will be able to accurately complete the following duties: Raise purchase orders and invoices Receipt supplier invoices Complete data entry Manage critical product/workshop inventory levels Create job folders and archive All other administration tasks as directed This position is contracted for 12 months to cover a staff member on maternity leave and any experience in a similar role will be highly favoured.
