The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Digital to lead the strategic development and evolution of member digital experiences across web, mobile, and self-service channels. This role drives our digital transformation agenda, ensuring innovative, user-centric solutions that enhance engagement and operational efficiency. You will own the digital product roadmap, prioritise features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences aligned with our Superannuation/Orchestration-as-a-Service platform strategy. Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities: Define and communicate the digital product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain the digital channels roadmap, balancing member needs and technical feasibility. Drive innovation in digital capabilities including mobile apps, web portals, and emerging touchpoints. Own the end-to-end digital experience for members across all channels. Use analytics, A/B testing, and user research to optimise digital performance. Lead agile squads in delivering digital features and enhancements. Ensure seamless integration of digital products with core platform and operational systems. Engage with fund clients to understand digital requirements and customisation needs. Define and track KPIs such as adoption rates and channel shift metrics. Mentor and develop digital product team members, fostering a culture of innovation. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities. Mentor product owners and build product management capability within the organisation. Experience & Personal Attributes: Extensive experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, platform, or financial services. Proven track record delivering successful digital products at scale with measurable impact. Strong understanding of digital product metrics, analytics, and user research. Technical literacy in APIs, mobile development, and modern web technologies. Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira). Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of SaaS business models. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Superannuation or financial services experience highly desirable. Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential.
