About the Role Joining our Lifestyles team (in-home and in-community support), you will provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes, with travel between clients and working short, split shifts required. You will provide a variety of supports including domestic assistance, personal care and community access. Casual shifts available are short, split shifts across weekdays (with occasional weekends) between 9am to 5pm. The occasional sleepover shift may be available to support other local programs. Key Responsibilities Personal care Maintain and monitor person centred plans Documenting and progress note keeping Develop rapport and strong relationships with the people we support and their families Community access and transportation Domestic assistance (light cleaning such as but not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, wiping benches, dusting) Skills & Experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build relationships and strong rapport with clients and their families Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (must be obtained prior to employment) Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and own registered and reliable vehicle Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
