Down syndrome & genetic conditions) and aged care Funding: Mix of NDIS (longer-term) and Medicare (EPC/5 sessions) Scope: Speech, language, voice and fluency; swallowing and feeding Autonomy: Manage your diary with support—Team Leader admin scheduling help Support Available Month 1: Structured induction—shadow EP/Physio/OT/SLP, joint visits, full team intro Month 2: Gradual step-up to an independent caseload with accessible supervision Ongoing: Case consults, PD pathways, and mentoring from a Team Leader who lectures at a university Team Culture Boutique, collaborative MDT with a holistic, active health ethos.
