Southern Fleurieu Health Service is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse - Palliative Care to join our multidisciplinary team within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. This ongoing part-time position (30.4 hours per fortnight) is worked across a 5-day roster, offering stability, flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families. In this predominantly clinical role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred palliative care while providing leadership, support and guidance to less experienced staff. You will contribute to service development, clinical education, and quality improvement initiatives, with portfolio responsibilities negotiated to align with your skills, interests and career development plan. Provide proficient, person-centred palliative nursing care and oversee daily care planning to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Lead and coordinate nursing care within the team, supporting patient flow, continuity of care and effective service delivery Support the Nurse Unit Manager through clinical leadership, service coordination, change management and portfolio responsibilities.
