Description The Admin Officer – Care Services supports high-quality care delivery by managing staff rosters, coordinating service requests, ensuring compliance with documentation and medication logs, and assisting in care coordination. This role involves regular engagement with staff and participants, accurate record-keeping, and support for events and reporting. Your duties will include but not limited to: Support daily operations including staff rostering, shift note checks, and medication compliance. Attend daily huddles and weekly accommodation visits. Engage with participants, support workers and families to monitor satisfaction and refine goals. Assist the Care Coordinator with events, monthly reporting, and marketing activities. Maintain up-to-date participant records in the CRM. Ensure documentation meets NDIA and NDIS Quality & Safeguarding standards. Provide crisis support and contribute to on-call rotations and related record keeping. Conduct audits, offer feedback, and train staff on accurate documentation. Requirements & Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Disability or a related field, or equivalent experience. Good understanding of NDIS regulations and quality standards. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in crisis situations. Current unrestricted driver’s licence. Working with Children OCHRE/Blue Card. NDIS Worker Screening Check/Yellow Card. Willingness to travel within the NT. Desired Experience Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar role. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Strong interpersonal, networking, and cultural awareness skills.
