The Role: Working super closely with the Senior Leadership Team, this role will have ownership of all aspects of online performance, driving revenue growth, optimising user experience, and enhancing customer engagement for this beautiful, Designer brand, offering immense mentorship & development opportunities. You will have huge involvement in strategic development, across eCommerce Trade, Digital Marketing, Email & CRM, driving online performance, growth & brand presence, as well as working super closely to wider Marketing, Design & Product teams.
