You’ll take ownership of a quality plaintiff personal injury practice, primarily across: CTP / motor vehicle accident claims Workers compensation and workplace incident matters Public liability claims Depending on your interests, there is also scope to gain exposure to: Institutional abuse matters TPD and broader insurance dispute work Working closely with a Partner and Senior Lawyers (including Accredited Specialists in Personal Injury Law), you will: Run files end-to-end from first conference to settlement (with support when needed) Prepare liability and quantum advice, draft key documents and progress claims strategically Negotiate outcomes and attend mediations, conferences and settlement discussions Maintain strong relationships with clients, medical providers and referrers Manage a steady, sustainable workload focused on file quality rather than volume churn This role suits someone around 5 years PAE (plaintiff PI) who wants to sharpen advocacy and negotiation skills and step into a role with real career momentum. More experienced lawyers are strongly encouraged to apply. Korean language ability is highly regarded (but not essential). If you do speak Korean, there’s genuine opportunity to build your profile and strengthen relationships within the Korean-speaking community.
