About the role Based at the Mile End store, this Assistant Manager role supports the Store Manager and leadership team in driving sales, service, and team performance. This is a hands-on role for a strong sales leader with tools or trade experience who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and enjoys coaching teams to lift results. The roster includes one in three weekends , offering balance in a high-energy retail environment.
