As part of our ambitious growth plans for 2026 and beyond, we’re excited to welcome an experienced Brand Manager who has their finger on the zeitgeist to lead our Global Cat portfolio — someone who understands modern consumers, knows how to turn insight into impact, and is ready to grow their career alongside talented, respected marketing leaders. It goes without saying that underpinning this success will be a Brand Manager who has proven success in also collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring brand strategies to life — all aligned to our purpose: to provide more pets with fresher, more nutritious food so they can live healthier, happier lives. Key Responsibilities Brand & Portfolio Leadership Develop and execute brand strategies for our Cat Portfolio that strengthen positioning and drive sustainable growth Build compelling brand narratives that resonate with consumers and customers Brand Activation & Campaign Delivery Lead end-to-end campaign development, from insight and concept through to production and execution Ensure consistent brand voice, tone and identity across all touchpoints Digital, Media & Community Drive brand visibility, engagement and loyalty through data-driven digital marketing initiatives Manage and grow brand communities across social platforms Leverage performance marketing and analytics to optimise ROI Commercial & Stakeholder Collaboration Build strong commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders Partner closely with Sales, Innovation, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver business outcomes Collaborate with agencies to deliver best-in-class creative and media solutions Insight, Planning & Optimisation Analyse market trends, consumer insights and data to inform strategy Brief and leverage market research to shape recommendations Continuously review performance and flex plans to maximise return on investment What We’re Looking For We’d love to meet you if you bring: 3–5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing/Brand Management within Tier 1 or Tier 2 FMCG A proven ability to synthesise multiple data sources into clear, meaningful consumer insights Experience briefing and leveraging market research to inform strategy Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of ROI and performance optimisation Demonstrated success driving digital brand growth, engagement and loyalty Experience managing social platforms and digital communities A strong understanding of digital channels, performance marketing and analytics tools End-to-end campaign experience from concept to execution Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience Why Join Real Pet Food Co? This role is a full time role and you will be based on-site at our Crows Nest Head Office 4 days per week, with 1 day WFH.
